Facials:

Arrive with clean skin, free of makeup or heavy skincare
Avoid exfoliating products (retinoids, AHA/BHA) for 3–5 days prior
Refrain from sun exposure or tanning beds for 48 hours
Let us know if you’re pregnant, breastfeeding, or using any active prescriptions

Avoid makeup, heat, or heavy workouts for 24 hours
Skip exfoliants and active ingredients (retinol, glycolic, etc.) for 3–5 days
Apply SPF daily and avoid direct sun exposure
Use gentle, hydrating products for the next 48–72 hours
Don’t pick or touch treated areas—let your skin do its thing!
Chemical Peels:

Avoid retinoids, exfoliants, and acids for 5–7 days before treatment
Do not wax or use depilatory creams 7 days before your appointment
Discontinue sun exposure and tanning 1 week prior
Hydrate well and arrive with clean, bare skin

Expect some dryness or peeling; do not pick or exfoliate manually
Use only the post-care products recommended by your esthetician
Avoid direct sunlight and always wear SPF
No saunas, hot tubs, or vigorous workouts for 48 hours
Avoid makeup for at least 24 hours, ideally longer
Waxing:

Hair should be about ¼ inch long (roughly the size of a grain of rice)
Gently exfoliate 24 hours before your appointment
Avoid sun exposure, hot tubs, or harsh products for 48 hours prior
Do not use retinol or acids on the area for 5–7 days pre-wax
Come with clean, dry skin—no lotion, oils, or deodorant

Avoid heat (hot showers, saunas, workouts) for 24–48 hours
No exfoliating or active products for 3 days post-wax
Wear loose clothing to reduce irritation
Use a soothing product like aloe vera or witch hazel
Gently exfoliate after 3 days to prevent ingrown hairs
Microchanneling:

Discontinue retinoids, acids, or exfoliants 5 days before treatment
Avoid sun exposure and tanning for at least 1 week
Stay hydrated and arrive with clean, bare skin
Inform your provider if you have a history of cold sores
No facial waxing, threading, or intense treatments 7 days prior

No makeup for 24–48 hours
Avoid washing your face for the first 6–8 hours
Use only the aftercare serum or products provided by your esthetician
No sun exposure, sweating, or swimming for 72 hours
Do not pick or scratch at treated areas
Resume regular skincare only when advised
Lash Lifts:

Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and lashes
Avoid waterproof mascara 48 hours before your appointment
Remove contact lenses before treatment
No lash curler use at least 24 hours prior

Keep lashes dry for 24 hours (no water, steam, or tears)
Avoid mascara, oils, or lash serums for the first day
Sleep on your back if possible to avoid lash crushing
Brush lashes gently with a clean spoolie daily
Avoid waterproof mascara to extend lift results
